Henry Dreyfuss designed a total of 15 streamline engines created from standard J3 Hudson Class engines. Among some of the better known are, the 20th Century Limited, the Mercury, and the Empire State. The 20th Century was originally called Exposition Flyer and ran between New York and Chicago starting June 15, 1902.
