This entrance was between the Puerto Rico Pavilion and the Tennessee/Utah building. The First Edition of the Official Guide and Tony Sarg's map did not show this entrance, but a photograph taken by Underwood & Underwood showed the entrance off in the distance. Entrance to the Court of States
