The pavilion consisted of four areas separated by an open air theater.
The exhibitors were Chase & Sanborn Coffee, Fleischmann's Yeast, the Baking Industry and Royal Desserts.

Within the areas, there were displays of a model bakery in complete operation, a coffee roaster and a 125-foot Coffee and Tea Bar.
In the open air theater, Rudy Vallee broadcasted his Thursday night show and Marionette depictions of current stars entertained Fairgoers.
