The Romanian House was constructed in Romanian style, with the tower modeled after old Romanian watch towers in which bells were rung to signal danger. The main feature of the Romanian House was the restaurant in which one could enjoy fresh caviar, Romanian foods and music.

The third floor of the pavilion housed the Hall of Handicrafts, an economic exhibit of native products, including glassware, pottery, embroideries, jewelry, musical instruments and some of the food items found in the restaurant.
