The IRT (Interborough Rapid Transit) and the BMT (Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Corp.) shared an entrance to the Fair just below the Home Building Center.

Entrance-The IRT-Flushing Line, which served the World's Fair, featured a new white and robin's egg blue paint scheme, and larger windows to enable passengers to see more of the fairgrounds.
